The Senior High School (SHS) Program provides learners with learning opportunities through student-centered learning environment for their holistic development. It covers the last two years of the K to 12 program which includes Grades 11 and 12. In SHS, students will go through a core curriculum, and applied and specialized subjects under the academic strand of their choice (Accountancy and Business Management (ABM), General Academic Strand (GAS), Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS), and Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). Students may avail of the free tuition fee through the Senior High School Voucher Program for two years.

The ABM Strand is for those who plan to take up business-related courses in higher education or engage in business, entrepreneurship and other business-related careers in Human Resources, Tourism, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Accounting, Business Studies, Marketing, Real Estate, Export Management, Entrepreneurship, and other related fields.

HUMSS
This strand is for learners who want to pursue college courses like Political Science or International Studies, English or Filipino Literature, Mass Communication, Education, Performing Arts, and other related courses. It has four humanities subjects and four social science subjects.

STEM
SHS students who are inclined toward or have the aptitude for Mathematics, Science and Engineering can enroll in STEM Strand. It has a unique configuration in relation to two subjects in the core curriculum: Earth Science and Disaster Readiness and Risk Reduction will be taken as special core curriculum subjects. Virtual Laboratories are made available for students to explore and experience the magic in science. Interest and skills in their career path is enriched through experimental research.
