The Psychology Program in First City Providential College is under the College of Liberal Arts which offers Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Both BS Psychology and BA Psychology are four-year degree programs.
Bachelor of Science in Psychology
First City Providential College’s Bachelor of Science in Psychology program is offered to give FCPCians a holistic approach in analyzing, interpreting, and exploring the dynamics of human behavior. FCPC has designed a progressive curriculum that answers to the changing times and current needs of the society. In addition, conducting research is embedded in the curriculum to promote evidence-based learning, at the same time offer students the chance to improve their problem-solving skills and connect them with sources of information and networks of professional support. Through partnerships with industries, FCPCians are assured of internship placements. Laboratory activities are delivered via online laboratory software, especially in the sciences and practical psychology assignments. Our roster of teachers is equipped with graduate, post-graduate degrees, and the vital training programs to produce competent and committed graduates.
